Will be communicating with witnesses and clients in a professional manner; securing medical records from providers; summarizing/digesting records for attorney; discovery motion practice relating to written discovery and depositions; scheduling depositions and medical examinations; preparing pleading responses; effective diary of deadlines relating to discovery and motion practice; preparing excerpted file materials for use by experts.
