Legal Assistant/Paralegal - Worker's Compensation Defense The candidate should have 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in workers' compensation defense. Understanding of workers' compensation rules and procedures are needed. Should have the ability to calendar events and manage deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and EAMS is needed. Familiarity with cloud-based case management systems/MerusCase Management is a plus. Leadership experience is a plus. Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills are needed.
