Legal Secretary/Receptionist The candidate will answer telephones, greet visitors, perform initial client screening when potential clients call. Open, scan, and save all mail. Provide administrative support to one or more lawyers. Effectively communicate with clients, providing status updates and documenting all communication in our case management system. Perform clerical tasks such as writing letters, mailing reports, etc. Maintain and routinely update the firm calendar. Receptionist experience required; Legal Secretary experience preferred. Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook required. Fluent in Spanish is a requirement. Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, attorneys and staff required. Effective and efficient multi-tasking abilities required. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills required. Background and prior knowledge of Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, and Employment Law is a plus.
