Personal Injury Paralegal, Part-time The candidate should be familiar with PI cases from start to finish including, but not limited to: requesting, organizing, and summarizing medical records; communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and law offices; demand preparation; litigation pleadings, motions and discovery; and settlement of medical liens including Tricare, Medicare, and Medicaid. This position will start as a part-time position of about 25 hours per week. Should have 3 years Personal Injury Paralegal Experience. Should have Basic knowledge of Federal and Florida civil court systems, legal concepts and legal documents. Should have experience with electronic filing through CM/ECF or Florida Courts E-Filing Portal. Should have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional (PDF) and Internet Based public records searches.
