Disbursement Paralegal The candidate will join plaintiff personal injury firm. Will be reviewing and assessing medical bills, speaking with medical providers regarding account status and negotiations of account balances, disputing and negotiating liens from health insurance companies as well as auto insurance companies, providing superior client service by keeping clients updated and informed of the process. Should have experience reviewing medical bills. Ability to read and understand EOB s, denial codes, and dispute appropriately is required. Must have knowledge of all types of insurance plans and policies. Proficiency in multiple technology formats and an ability to learn new formats is required. Someone with legal experience or medical/legal liaison experience is required.
