Attorney Recruiting Assistant The candidate will be processing all resumes in a specialized recruiting database. Will ensure prompt coding, accurate data entry, and appropriate updates for all applicants. Executing all aspects of rejection letters or emails, including proofing, mail merging, addressing, mailing, and filing. Conducting research for potential practice group searches and for candidates at all levels. Assisting with registering for career fairs and on-campus interviews (OCI), creating and maintaining files for each law school, preparing resume packets, confirming interview rooms or virtual logistics, and preparing reference materials for OCI interviewers. Supporting summer associate callback candidate logistics. Assisting with the summer program preparation. Working with Work Assignment Coordinators and the Attorney Recruiting team to review, edit, and assign summer associate work assignments. Assisting with the planning of in-person and virtual events for new attorney, summer program, and on-campus recruiting. Attending events as assigned. Creating and maintaining files for lateral candidates, summer associate candidates, specific position searches, and third-party recruiters. Entering candidate interview schedules across all positions, sending evaluations, and generating reports through the recruiting database. Coordinating lateral interview schedule logistics, departmental meetings, conference rooms, catering orders, summer associate lunches, and virtual events. Processing travel reimbursements for candidates and coordinating shared expenses with other firms. Updating attorney and interviewer databases and tracking documents regularly with hires and changes. Preparing, submitting, and tracking of departmental check requests, invoices, and reimbursements. Assisting on reports, surveys, and statistics projects as needed. Performing other work-related responsibilities as assigned. A Bachelor's degree is required from an accredited college or university. Should preferably have 1+ year of administrative experience and law firm or professional services organization is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required. Basic administrative skills and office skills are required. Detail-oriented, organized and have strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite are required. Advanced knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook/Access.
