Bi-Lingual Personal Injury Attorney The candidate's duties include: Pre-litigation workup of an assigned docket of personal injury cases. Assist with case evaluation, screening, telephone, in-office, and in-person intake and sign up of potential new clients. Actively manage and follow up on medical care of clients. Maintain contact with clients regularly to ensure proper recovery. Assist and support the intake department in answering potential client questions, addressing concerns. Assist with pre-litigation management, demand prep, and reviews, pre-litigation negotiation. Must have demonstrated negotiation experience. Should have solid knowledge of current Texas personal injury law, including causes of action, liability issues, damage elements, etc. Must have excellent legal research, written and verbal communication skills. Should have Juris Doctor degree (i.e., JD). Texas State Bar licensed. Should have 6 months Plaintiff's personal injury experience (automobile, trucking, and premises liability cases.) Note that this experience can be during or prior to law school. Preferred: Experience with Needles case management software; Bilingual Spanish and English.
