Attorney The candidate will be reviewing a portfolio of collection accounts for legal processing. Will be managing the coordination of legal document preparation and service. Working with local courts, court officers and process servers. Negotiating with consumers and consumer Attorneys. Must have Bar admission in Texas, at least one other admission: FL and/or AZ and/or CO is a significant plus. Must have 1+ year legal experience. Litigation, collections and/or judgment enforcement a plus.
