Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2 to 5 years experience in general liability, trucking and transportation experience a plus. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of civil litigation and a desire to provide exceptional client service. Candidates must be highly motivated and have excellent academic credentials. Should have JD degree from an accredited law school. Should be an Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar. 2 plus years litigation experience in insurance coverage/defense. Strong experience with motion practice, discovery dispute, conducting depositions, making court appearances and trial preparation. Excellent oral advocacy and written communications skills.
