Associate Attorney The candidate will attend CLEs to increase knowledge and make sure that they understand the law in these areas. Will work on Legal Research, Motion Practice, Court Appearances, Discovery, Depositions, Contract Review, Contract Drafting, Lien Drafting and Filings, Negotiations, Attending Networking Events, Drafting Articles, Other Business Development Strategies. Should have 1-2 years experience in construction law, commercial litigation and/or personal injury law. Must have experience could have been gained as a solo attorney or in a law firm. Must be trained in all aspects of construction law including, litigation, contract drafting and review, lien filings etc. Must be a licensed attorney in the State of Texas.
