Legal Assistant/Paralegal (Junior) The candidate will be working closely with a case manager/paralegal on 100+ cases. Will be assisting with incoming calls; Opening cases in our client profile software (Needles); Inputting information into Needles; Requesting accident reports; Reporting claims to insurance companies; Requesting insurance information; Requesting medical records and bills; Requesting health insurance liens; Inputting the billing information into Needles; Speaking to clients when needed; Providing support to the case manager/paralegal. Office experience and experience in personal injury law is recommended.
