Part-time Associate Attorney - Remote The candidate will work as client, court and counsel point of contact and be responsible for all aspects of matters assigned whether for litigation, such as drafting pleadings, motions and briefs, discovery and depositions, attending and arguing matters at hearings. Be assigned tasks such as drafting real estate and construction transaction documents and negotiating same. Must have 3+ years' experience in Texas state court litigation with a background in real estates transactions and construction law matters as well as personal injury and first party insurance claims. Knowledge of Texas rules of procedure is required. Experience with trial preparation and briefs is necessary. Must be proficient in use of Lexis.
