Personal Injury Attorney The candidate should have 2 years experience. Ideal candidate will have experience including but not limited to drafting Offers to Settle; Memorandums of Law; Complaints; Motions for Leave to Amend to Add Punitive Damages; and Pre-Trial Motions. Responsibilities not limited to: Legal writing, Legal research, Provide trial support, Perform other duties as assigned. Should have active license in good standing with The Florida Bar. Previous experience in law, at least 2 years. Familiarity with various legal documents. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent legal research skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
