Paralegal The candidate will join a law firm specializing in employment based applications submitted to USCIS and DOL. Will work directly with senior partner and high level, well-educated clients to draft petitions seeking to establish eligibility for priority worker status as individuals of extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers of international repute, category one managers and executives and persons of exceptional ability seeking a national interest waiver. Should preferably be a graduating college senior (Math, Science, Philosophy or English (composition) Majors preferred) considering law school within next 2-3 years.
