Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will be handling all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases. Will have excellent writing and research skills, a strong academic background from an accredited law school, and be willing to accept significant responsibility in a broad range of litigation matters. Will help lead client communications, prepare documents, and all demands related to your cases. Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary for this position along with the willingness and ability to regularly interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person. Excellent computer, analytical, and database skills are essential. Will be a part of a fast-paced team environment and will have all the needed support to allow you to grow as a lawyer and to focus on the proper workup of your cases in preparation for settlement or litigation. Should have experience as a Litigation Attorney, including practice, clerkships, clinical, fellowship, prior work as a paralegal, and other relevant experience. The experience may have been gained during and/or before law school. Should have experience focused on legal research, writing, and editing. Should be active member of and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar is required.
