Worker's Compensation Paralegal Candidate will assist Worker's Compensation attorney. Requires heavy client contact. Will maintain the attorney's calendar, summarize medical records, file petitions, medically manage clients and respond to request for production. Requirements: 3+ years of law office or equivalent experience. Equivalent experience would include experience as an Insurance Adjuster or working in a medical office handling workers' compensation patients. Knowledge of settlement language and documents are a must. Must be proficient in DOAH. Must have strong paralegal skills.
