Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will assist with telephone, in-person intake and sign up of potential new clients. Assist with case evaluation, pre-litigation management, demand prep and reviews, pre-litigation negotiation. Pre-litigation work up of an assigned docket of personal injury cases. Filing lawsuits, drafting and responding to written discovery, taking depositions, preparing clients and presenting them for depositions. Motion practice (including hearings), and handling "friendly suits" from start to finish. The candidate should have Juris Doctorate degree. Must have admission to Texas State Bar. 2+ years Plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience required. Experience with Plaintiff's Personal Injury cases (i.e. MVA, Commercial, Premise Liability). Demonstrated negotiation experience. Experience with Needles case management software. Some Personal Injury Litigation experience is a plus. Trial experience is preferred. Solid knowledge of current Texas personal injury law, including causes of action, liability issues, damage elements, etc. Excellent legal research, written and verbal communication skills essential.
