Prior experience in litigating and presenting cases before a public utility commission is preferred but not required. Should have strong litigation skills (e.g., the ability to present and cross-examine expert witnesses) and experience and a keen interest in specializing in the firm's energy and public utility law practice area are especially encouraged to apply.
