Trial Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will handle all aspects of the litigation process through trial attendance and participation. The position involves extensive contact with clients, lay and expert witnesses, and requires proficiency in applying the court rules and procedures in both state and federal courts; experience in reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing a large volume of documents; well-developed writing and research skills; multi-attorney calendaring; the ability to anticipate attorney needs, identifying problems and finding solutions. Experience with Eclipse, Summation, or other electronic litigation systems is a plus.
