Paralegal The candidate will frequent client contact with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service. Assists and supports attorneys through all the phases of the case. Receive and return clients' calls, faxes, and emails. Complete intake and reviews intake documents to ensure all information necessary to open a case has been gathered. Generate required personal injury forms and documents through the Case Management program. Competent in revising or drafting documents as directed by supervising attorney, including, but not limited to, complaints, correspondence, demands, pleadings, and settlement documents in a timely fashion. Data Entry into Case Management program. Scan files and saving documents into the Case Management program. Manage and interact with clients. Keep thorough documentation of notes and complete various tasks as assigned by attorneys in a timely fashion. Manage the scheduling of attorney calendars by sending requests for client meetings, doctor meetings, depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.. Manage the retrieval of necessary medical records by following procedures, documenting the record type and time period for which records are needed. Maintain custody of the physical file. File and update records, correspondence, and file documents in an orderly and organized manner. Associate s degree is preferred. Should have 2+ years of Paralegal and 3+ years of Microsoft Office experience. ABA-approved paralegal certification is preferred.
