H1: Personal Injury Intake Operations Manager/Attorney Law Firm is seeking a Personal Injury Intake Operations Manager/Attorney to join their team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience handling Personal Injury matters and will have experience in successfully managing a high volume law practice. H2: Responsibilities * Supervise the firm's Personal Injury Intake Department * Manage the Intake Department calendars and work schedule * Monitor daily emails, supervise quality control, and increase efficiencies in procedures * Create presentations for meetings and training sessions * Interview prospective hires and select candidates for employment * Answer basic questions regarding the attorney's qualifications and services offered * Oversee basic intake processes, gather basic case facts, identify basic legal needs * Assist new hires with the onboarding processes * Train new staff members in office procedures, protocols, importance of maintaining confidential information, and legal matters * Foster a teamwork inclusive environment * Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing concerns * Ensure proper conflict checks are being conducted * Perform data entry * Prepare weekly and monthly metric reports * Create, maintain, and keep documentation related to actions taken as part of the intake process (including filling/filing intake forms, and maintaining correspondence) * Maintain referral information * Identify when cases should be cross screened for other practice areas or referred to outside law firms * Create incentives for the Personal Injury Intake Department and motivate them toward performance goals H2: Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree (additionally, an MBA or JD is preferred) * At least 2 years of experience in a supervisor/management role or as a practicing attorney * Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Excel, and Client Relationship Management (CRM) software * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills * The ability to work well under pressure, and to learn and retain new information * Strong communication skills: ability to write well and communicate effectively, specifically over the phone and email * Possesses a familiarity with legal terminology and business practices * Accurate typing skills * Highly organized, detail oriented with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills and a strong customer-service orientation * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with spoken and written fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish also valued in this role * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required * Must be able to multitask and handle high-stress, sensitive situations with a high degree of confidentiality * This job requires use and exercise of independent judgment * Desire to learn new disciplines and become more knowledgeable and proficient in additional practice areas H2: Compensation Law Firm is offering a competitive salary and benefits package based on experience. The Personal Injury Intake Operations Manager/Attorney will be responsible for managing a team of employees and overseeing the handling of ALL Personal Injury leads. The primary responsibilities of the Personal Injury Intake Operations Manager/Attorney include supervising the firm's Personal Injury Intake Department, managing the Intake Department calendars and work schedule, monitoring daily emails, supervising quality control, and increasing efficiencies in procedures, creating presentations for meetings and training sessions, and interviewing prospective hires and selecting candidates for employment. Additionally, the Personal Injury Intake Operations Manager/Attorney will be responsible for answering basic questions regarding the attorney's qualifications and services offered, overseeing basic intake processes, gathering basic case facts, and identifying basic legal needs, assisting new hires with the onboarding processes, training new staff members in office procedures, protocols, importance of maintaining confidential information, and legal matters, providing excellent customer service by promptly addressing concerns, ensuring proper conflict checks are being conducted, performing data entry, preparing weekly and monthly metric reports, creating and maintaining documentation related to actions taken as part of the intake process (including filling/filing intake forms, and maintaining correspondence), and maintaining referral information.
