Transactional Real Estate Attorney The candidate's responsibilities include representation of clients in commercial real estate matters related to the acquisition, ownership and disposition of real property, including purchase and sale transactions, development, financing, leasing, title matters, easements and CC&Rs. Must have 3+ years transactional experience in Commercial Real Estate law. Should have knowledge of loan processes, escrow and real estate documentation. Must have strong understanding of superior client service and commitment to meeting deadlines with high-quality work product. Should have excellent analytical, legal research, drafting and writing skills and strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated resourcefulness and self-directed behaviour.
