Paralegal (probate, elder law, estate planning) The candidate will assist with Trust and Probate administration, guardianship and general elder law, including asset protection planning for Medicaid. Should have 2 years of prior experience with at least one of the following: Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Administration, Guardianship, Tax, and/or Medicaid Planning. Experience working for a litigator is a plus. Proficiency with Word and Excel is required. Familiarity with ProDocs, Lawgic, Time Matters, or similar programs is preferred.
