The Associate will have their own files and work closely with an experienced Partner to discuss litigation strategy and provide excellent service to their clients. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of Workers Compensation defense experience, a strong work ethic and independent working skills, experience working or schooling virtually, a Juris Doctorate, and Florida Bar Admission/Member in Good Standing. Strong writing skills and experience with reviewing medical records is strongly preferred!
