Employee Benefits (ERISA) Associate Attorney Candidate must have: JD Degree from an ABA accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota. 3+ years of legal experience. 3+ years of experience with qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. 3+ years of experience with ERISA. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent research, writing and analytical skills. Background in one or more of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, ESOPS or health and welfare plans, including ERISA, ACA and MPPAA. Professional attitude and strong personal ethics. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities and a workload of diverse matters in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
