Insurance Defense Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in Insurance Defense specifically handling BI/UM claims. Should have outstanding legal writing and oral argument skills. Must be capable of working independently, with a high-volume case load, as well as with a team. Must possess effective interactive skills with clients, insureds, adjusters and outside counsel. Experience working with a document management system is preferred.
