Paralegal - Family Law The candidate will assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Ensure appropriate processes are implemented to produce legal work efficiently. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Communication with clients, courts, and opposing parties. Managing caseload to ensure the timely progression of each case. Record and store client information. Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field is a must. Familiarity with legal research is a must. Should have the ability to prioritize and multitask; excellent written and verbal communication skills; deadline and detail-oriented.
