Lead Compliance Attorney The candidate will be managing the firm s Disclosure Services group. Will be training, managing, and evaluating the firm s disclosure analysts. Establishing and maintaining policies and workflow processes for the Disclosure Services group. Preparing form disclosure documents and reports. Overseeing client engagement, workflow tracking, and client billing. Reviewing draft reports prepared by disclosure analysts for compliance. Coordinating interaction between the firm s Disclosure Services group and firm attorneys. Assisting firm attorneys with securities laws of public finance and preparing model form disclosure documents. Must have Juris Doctorate degree. Experience and comfort with research and independent problem solving is essential. Superior verbal and written communication skills is essential. Managerial experience is preferred. Prior securities law compliance or financial regulatory law experience is desired. Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, or associated field is preferred.
