Intellectual Property Attorney - Trademark Duties: Communicate with clients, foreign counsel and trademark registries throughout all phases of the federal, state and international trademark prosecution. Draft trademark, software and copyright licenses, as well as other IP-related agreements. Manage worldwide trademark enforcement for clients and assist in representing clients in inter-partes disputes before the TTAB, as well as in federal or state court. Manage foreign trademark counsel around the world engaged to handle trademark prosecution and enforcement matters on behalf of clients. Prosecute copyright applications and handle enforcement issues related such rights. Qualifications: JD Degree and 2+ years of substantive experience. Must be a member or immediately eligible to become a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia. Top 20% of class.
