The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal services to clients by preparing and executing estate planning documents and walking clients through the probate process. Job Responsibilities: Meet with estate planning and probate clients Prepare and review estate planning and probate documents Regular communication with clients to keep them informed of their matter's progress Perform legal research Maintain organized records by following existing Firm processes and policies Properly log client information and notes into law software Ability to courteously interact with clients, other counsel, and internal staff And other duties as assigned Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school License to practice law in Texas Prefer some litigation background 1.5+ years of experience preferred but not required Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - written & verbal Self-starter Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Analytical skills Detail oriented Pay and Benefits: Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 a year Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid time off, Parental leave, Professional development assistance Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday Work Location: In person At Law Firm, our mission is to provide unparalleled legal services to every client every time.
