Trusts and Estates Staff Attorney The candidate should have 1 year of experience working primarily in the field of estate planning and/or estate administration. Experience drafting estate planning documents and probate forms, including accounting, required by the probate court preferred. A willingness to learn other areas of the law as necessary is required. Should preferably have specific experience related to the foregoing and/or demonstrate a sincere interest in such tasks. Strong written and oral communication skills are a must. Must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in North Carolina.
