Transactional Associate Attorney The candidate will work collaboratively with the corporate and business transaction group to assist with mergers and acquisitions, business planning and formation, contract analysis and drafting, business owner disputes, company, manager, director, and officer liability, and other corporate and LLC business matters, primarily for closely-held businesses and their owners. Will: Develop and implement strategies for closely-held businesses and their owners. Analyze client business goals and develop legal solutions. Work collaboratively with firm attorneys and clients to achieve client goals and related legal compliance needs. Draft buy/sell agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, and related contracts. Qualifications: JD Degree from an accredited law school. Membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar. 1-3 years of experience working as an attorney; corporate and business transaction experience preferred, if candidate has a demonstrated interest in developing a corporate and business transaction practice. Self-starter with excellent collaboration skills, including ability to anticipate and address needs of clients and colleagues. Manage and prioritize numerous client matters simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
