Legal Secretary The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years recent experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or legal secretary in a law office (no exceptions). Should be proficient in Word and/or WordPerfect, type 70+ wpm, have strong grammar/proofreading skills, have good telephone and communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision. The position also involves posting of attorney's time and billing entries and general administrative/office manager duties. The top end of our salary range is reserved solely for applicants with extensive legal secretarial experience (typically a minimum of 10 years+), but we will pay the maximum amount appropriate and commensurate with an applicant's level of experience. High school or equivalent (Required). Experience of 4 years (Required).
