General Practice Law Firm Paralegal The candidate will entail some or all of the following areas of law: family law, probate, guardianship, and civil litigation. Prior experience of 5+ years and paralegal certificate strongly preferred. Duties will include maintaining orderly and comprehensive physical and electronic case files, drafting notices, filing court documents, routine correspondence, and basic discovery. Ability to draft basic pleadings preferred. Language Spanish is preferred.
