Family Law Associate Attorney The candidate will assist in case management, legal research, RFO/motion work, hearings, appearances, and trials. Should have Licensed and in good standing to practice law in California. Must have 2+ years of experience in family law practice. Must have strong case management skills and exceptional people skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills needed. Experience with divorce, marital agreements, custody, and support is required. Experience with guardianships, adoptions, and juvenile dependency & delinquency is a plus. Must be able to handle all family law related case types from inception through trial.
