The firm has a strong pro bono commitment; associates receive full billable hour credit for approved pro bono work and, overall, pro bono comprises 3-5% of all work. The billable hour target is 1850 and salaries are approximately 20% below market.
Business and Finance Department Attorney The candidate will review commercial contracts for clients. Should have a J.D. degree, and license to practice law in good standing. Must have 2+ years of experience (5+ years preferred) in preparing, revising, negotiating and processing routine commercial contracts including confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements, supply agreements, agency agreements, consulting agreements, service agreements and software licenses.
