Staff Attorney The candidates should have previous experience in civil litigation or with class action lawsuits is preferred. Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken, is also preferred. Recent admitted to a state bar (TX and CA preferred), and first and second year lawyers are encouraged to apply. Must have experience interacting with clients on a regular basis. Should be a strong communicator and an active listener.
