Attorney The candidate will be providing exceptional legal services, providing insight into their unique legal matters, and getting the best result for them possible considering the circumstances. Must be hard working, dynamic, and possess great technology, and written and verbal communication skills. Should be able to quickly discover a client's needs, determine the best course of action, employ problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently as well as delegate tasks as appropriate. New York and New Jersey license to practice law is required. A doctorate is preferred. Should have some experience with basic testamentary documents (Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, Healthcare Proxy) and an advanced understanding of tax and public benefits assistance planning is preferred.
