Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate should have 2 years of bankruptcy experience. Should have Confidence that they will provide the highest level of legal services to our clients. Licensed in Virginia, admitted to Eastern District Federal Court and have graduated from an accredited law school. Charismatic personality, Positive and energetic attitude, Creative think outside the box problem solving skills, Drive to turn problems into opportunities, Desire to thrive in an intellectually challenging field that makes a life changing impact on our clients. Ability to handle caseload with minimal supervision. Excellent writing and people skills. Sharp attention to detail. Outstanding reputation of professional integrity and ethics. Substantive experience and knowledge of statutes, regulations, and rules affecting bankruptcy law (or motivated to obtain very fast). Excellent presentation and communication in court.
