This is an opportunity to join a supportive, successful and very collaborative legal team with a culture of flexibility, learning and mentoring. **Compensation and Benefits:** - Base of $65,000 to $120,000, depending on experience - Uncapped bonus based on performance: most attorneys earn well over $100,000 annually - Paid vacation and holidays - Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, which are effective on the first day of the month following your hire date - 401k Matching - Short and Long-Term Disability **About :** Sterling Lawyers is the largest family law firm in Wisconsin, with 21 lawyers, and is expanding its Illinois team, which currently has seven lawyers.
