Legal Secretary/Receptionist The candidate will answer phone calls, maintain calendar, greet and seat clients, receive and process mail, assisting attorneys and clients, assist in drafting legal documents, schedule appointments, drafting correspondence, send faxes, make copies of legal documents, manage office supplies for re-ordering, etc. High School Diploma required. Administrative/clerical/organizational abilities required. Proficient in Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as Outlook and Adobe Acrobat required. Exceptional oral and written communication skills required. Should be a Computer literate with excellent typing skills.
