Family Immigration Junioir Associate Attorney The candidate should be preferably Member of State Bar - California. Previous experience of 1 year of recent full-time, family-based immigration experience is a plus. Should preferably have fluency in Spanish. Should have hands-on experience preparing and compiling family-based petitions, naturalization, and adjustments of status applications, consular processing. Excited to learn to attend USCIS interviews with clients. Must have an Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite Apps, Microsoft Office products and other common business tools like Adobe Acrobat and document scanning. Experience with immigration forms software such as INSZoom is a plus. Must be passionate about immigration law.
