Bilingual Personal Injury/auto Accident Paralegal The candidate must have 3 years experience specifically as a Personal Injury - Auto Negligence Paralegal. Familiarity with Needles and ability to handle at least 75-100 files is expected. Compensation commensurate with experience. FLUENCY IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS A MUST AND PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER TO APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT BILINGUAL. For now, the work is remote (all necessary remote work equipment is provided). As we hope to return to the office sometime next spring when the pandemic is under control, you must be local and able to commute to Alexandria, Va. Our beautiful office is located near I-95, with views of the Potomac River and has free parking. Requirements are: --Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail--Strong writing and communication skills--Enthusiastic team member who takes direction well and adapts to changing situations--Able to efficiently produce a high quality work product, even while multitasking and in high pressure situations. Knowledge of Office 365, MS Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of NEEDLES and RINGCENTRAL puts you at the front of the line, Previous (at least 3 years) experience as a paralegal is a MUST, Prior experience with workers compensation or auto claims.
