Receptionist / Legal Secretary The candidate's duties will include receptionist responsibilities, handling general office matters, IT administrative matters, telephone contact, keeping lawyer's diaries, filing and transcription of letters, reports, pleadings and other administrative tasks as needed. Should have 5+ years of similar experience. Must have excellent typing skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Lawyer s Time Entry Database. Excellent telephone skills and communication skills required. High school or equivalent is needed.
