Real Estate Attorney The candidate must have experience in drafting and negotiating agreements relating to the sale, acquisition, leasing and financing of commercial real estate. Drafting corporate documents, including partnership agreements and corporate resolutions. Some experience in real estate and corporate matters. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and academic credentials. Enjoy working with clients from a variety of ethnic backgrounds. Proficiency in another language is a plus. Good sense of humor and positive outlook on life. Should have license in the State of Texas. Must have 1-3 years of experience. 1 Year of experience in negotiation, drafting and legal drafting is preferred.
