Land Use Attorney Candidate must be a licensed California attorney with 3+ years of experience practicing land use and environmental law. Would ideally have: Experience advising public and private sector clients regarding CEQA, NEPA, and California Planning and Zoning Law; A working knowledge of municipal law basics (such as the Brown Act, the Political Reform Act and the Public Records Act); Familiarity with affordable housing streamlining laws (such as SB 35 and the Housing Accountability Act); and A demonstrated commitment to the public interest, the firm's core practice areas, and the communities represented.
