Contract Legal Secretary / Administrative Assistant The candidate will help coordinate daily activities and servicing clients. Will organize client files. Process client payments and monthly invoices. Process new clients and set up folders. Prepare paperwork for Initial Consultations (after converting a lead into an appointment). Work with Excel, InfusionSoft, Word, Quickbooks, Ebility, and other business media. Bachelors Degree preferred, Associates Degree Required; Studies acceptable would be Marketing, Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, or similar. Should have 3 years of experience. Must have experience in office management, event coordination, and vendor contract management. Should possess some knowledge of social media marketing and be willing and able to prepare legal documents and file those documents electronically.
