Legal Secretary The candidate will answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate. Welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner. Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner. Keep detailed and accurate records of client calls received. Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail. Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed. Provide administrative support as needed. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
