Legal Secretary / Administrative Assistant Duties: Organize client files. Process client payments and monthly invoices. Process new clients and set up folders. Prepare paperwork for Initial Consultations (after converting a lead into an appointment) Work with Excel, InfusionSoft, Word, Quickbooks, Ebility, and other business media. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree preferred, Associates Degree Required; Studies acceptable would be Marketing, Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, or similar. 3 years' contract experience. Must be extremely self-motivated, confident, punctual, and dependable. Must initiate and provide new ideas for growth. Ability to prioritize and efficiently execute multiple tasks daily. Work independently and also as a team with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work discreetly with sensitive information. High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Positive and friendly attitude. Professional appearance and demeanor-this position will be meeting other professionals daily through multiple networking efforts. Must have outstanding communication skills, experience in office management, event coordination, and vendor contract management. Must be able to learn and coordinate billing and invoicing, file maintenance, scheduling, and client follow-up work. Must possess the above abilities and possess some knowledge of social media marketing and be willing and able to prepare legal documents and file those documents electronically. Duration: 60 days
