Associate Attorney The candidate' must have 1-3 years hands-on experience in personal injury litigation to handle all discovery and trial preparation. Should be able to manage a caseload of 10 to 20 litigation files throughout all stages of litigation. Duties include drafting and responding to discovery, law and motion, taking and defending depositions, performing legal research, and performing all other litigation case management duties. The qualified candidate must be highly organized, possess attention to detail, write well and advocate aggressively, and have a sincere interest in litigation. Spanish language fluency is a plus. law and motion practice as such excellent research and writing skills are a must. Additionally, any other litigation experience with depositions, mediations, arbitrations and trial is a definite plus.
